This is the trick most people haven't seen before. An add-only link lets someone contribute without reading.
Why add-only
Send the Add only link to the whole street group chat. Each neighbour adds their dish and headcount. They cannot see other entries, phone numbers or allergies, so you are not sharing everyone's details with everyone. You keep the Edit link, and see the full list.
Good for
- Potlucks, litter picks, school bake sales, car-pool rosters.
- RSVPs with a plus-one count.
- Collecting photos or suggestions from a group (the same idea, with uploads).
Ask your AI: "A sign-up sheet for the litter pick: name, mobile, which street, and a note. Show a thank-you after they submit."
